I can't list any. They don't have any pros except for the hotel stays they provide.
- They are playing with people's lives. They are not providing the domains people want to work in; they are just allocating them according to business requirements, even after asking their interests.
It is like they are trying to follow European standards but with an Indian mentality.
Please at least listen to employees before judging them on the basis of a manager's pointers. Here, the HR partners are always supporting the managers.
