Compared to other Service Based MNCs, if you are in Accenture, you are lucky. As a fresher, your default hikes will be guaranteed up to two years. The trainings and a lot of mandatory courses always keep you up to date with new trends and technologies.
I got trained in Java Full Stack from Accenture. However, the project I got into was not aligned to the tech stack. Nonetheless, I got to experience working with a big team and was introduced to DevOps practices and tools.
