Took good care during COVID.
Female-friendly work environment.
You may encounter some people who are egoistic and sadistic in nature. They don't appreciate the effort put in by employees, and at the time of bonus and variable, you'll feel cheated. They move employees from one project to another very frequently to save on variable and bonuses.
Do not move people quickly from one project to another. Take action on offenders if someone is concerned about the behavior of their manager, instead of taking sides with them only and then giving poor feedback.
