A good entry point into the job market. They offer incentives for obtaining certifications, we have good opportunities to gain experience, in addition to remote work which is a great advantage.
The salary is very low and I don't have incentives like profit sharing, for example. Promotion opportunities are very scarce. I've been at the same level for over 3 years and I feel like I won't get out of this anytime soon, because it depends on the project I'm on to be able to level up.
