- Many opportunities to work on cloud, AI/ML, data, even if you are from a different background.
- Supportive and understanding colleagues.
- WFH option in a few teams.
- No growth in certain capabilities.
- Promotions and hikes are very slow, irrespective of good reviews and feedback.
- Few projects/roles are totally irrelevant to the skills. Have to agree just for the billing.
- Your work is not rewarded. Sometimes people on the bench get the same hike as people who are in projects.
- No diversity in teams.
- People speak their regional languages irrespective of knowing a few others can't follow and feel like outcasts.
- There should be minimum growth for any individuals. People sitting on the bench get more hikes than people working on projects, which is very unfair.
