Pros
  • Work-life balance is medium, highly dependent on team and project.
  • Many projects allow work from home.
  • Some good tech stacks are being worked on for some projects.
Cons
  • Transfer from bench to project is a very poor process.
  • HR does not respond properly to your concerns; there are very few HR per employee, so no proper attention is paid to you.
  • They flip-flop on their domains: first Metaverse, then GenAI, now GenAI training abandoned for tons of people.
  • People on the operations side are highly incompetent and design very poor policies with regards to the engineering folks who bring the bread and butter for the company.
Advice to Management

Cut down on the non-engineering folks, or get people who can better understand managing a technical workforce and meeting their demands. Also, stop overworking critical people in their highly short-staffed projects, otherwise the company is going to implode from within very soon.
