For those with little experience, it is an ideal company to start, train, and gain experience. The salary for a junior is good.
Salaries in general are very low compared to other companies (I went to one where they pay me double).
The projects are usually disorganized. There are very few experienced people; most are juniors.

Application Developer Analyst
As a fresher, the interview consists of two rounds: Aptitude and a face-to-face technical round. The Aptitude round was normal, and the technical round seemed to assess the problem-solving nature of the candidates.
