Pros

It depends on the project you get; this is my experience:

  • Very good work environment.
  • Fully remote, nice offices in Parque Patricios.
  • Salary is updated according to inflation (commerce union).
  • Good learning opportunities.
  • Possibilities for growth and promotions (through good performance).
Cons

Depending on the project you get, this is my experience:

  • Sometimes you can go months without doing anything, either due to a project change or because there's simply nothing to do.
  • You work with SAP, learning ABAP (OpenSQL with added OOP) or Java (emphasis on the "or"). It's good for starting out, but not very useful long-term as these are highly specialized and, at times, obsolete technologies.
  • The training ("little school" they call it internally) is good, but intensive and requires one month of exclusive, unpaid dedication. They usually call you, but it could be within a week or in six months.
