If you have been with the company for more than 2 years, you start to have a good social security/private health insurance plan. Until you reach 2 years, it is a rather basic plan.

Many benefits that are not used (I want to assume the salary is low because of this). They take forever to give you a promotion, even if you are very productive with the client and the promotion is to give you more responsibilities within Accenture and pay you a little extra money for staying in the same role.
