Pros

Good benefits (excluding salary).

Offices in Monterrey are pretty.

Learning opportunities are good.

The majority of non-executive employees are good and interesting people.

Diversity.

Cons

Salary is low compared to other enterprises in the same branch (technology).

Some projects are painful.

Your voice is not always heard.

Executives are not so well-behaved.

Some leads are very authoritarian.

Accenture follows the meritocracy scheme, which we all know is not always good and fair.

Some people are rude, and project leads don't seem to care too much.

Good experience at first, then it starts to sink with the passing of weeks.

Advice to Management

Hear your people.
