You can learn a lot, especially if you make use of the internal platform that has courses and books. Almost anything, by working here, you have a good resume and good benefits. Some projects allow you to work from home.
The salary is extremely low, especially for people with little experience. And if you consider what clients are charged for the hours of these same people (almost 3 times what they earn), they could substantially increase their salary. Almost no project pays overtime, but almost all leaders demand that you finish work that doesn't fit within your scheduled hours. They don't respect your free time.
