I was interviewed for an application developer role. It had 3 rounds. First round was a technical and coding assessment. Second round was a communication round. I was selected for the third round, an HR round.

The interview had two rounds. The technical round was average and conducted for 1 hour. They asked for a self-introduction and then started with technical questions related to the role.

It's been 6 months I've been interviewing at Accenture for an application developer role. They demoted the role from application developer to application support developer, which is one level down. The reason they gave is that they don't have the bud
