Accenture management is the worst management I have ever encountered. Their employee management system is worse than that of a very small company. There is no proper communication to employees from the day of joining until the employee separates from the organization. There is no centralized HR system. When we try to reach out to HR, we don't have any clue whom to connect with. It took me four weeks to find out who my HR was. And she doesn't act like one; rather, she was like a computer program, with no sympathy and no empathy. She was following a flowchart.
Just imagine this: my project managers were ready with my feedback, but no one asked for my feedback. This resulted in no contribution from me to the company, resulting in a poor performance rating, resulting in a poor appraisal, resulting in...
