Pros

You get to start your professional career with an easy life and a comfortable company. You get a lot of time to figure out what you are planning ahead in the future, your career goals, and aspirations, and can work towards them.

Cons

Being a mass recruiting company, Accenture will mostly put you into support roles or roles where you have minimum growth (as a support person). Now, this totally depends on the project you get too. I've known people in development roles learning a lot as well. As you're being hired as a fresher, the salary expectation isn't much. For Tier 1 cities, you'll barely save anything.
