Good Training, Bad Project Luck
The initial training provided to the freshers was good.
It all depends on the project that you get. I landed a support project in a very niche domain, which made it really difficult for me to make a switch. I wish freshers could choose which domain and tech training they want. The company decided it for them, and most of the projects were support-based.
