Plenty of events are organized at work.
- You are not allowed to choose the job role of your choice as an ASE.
- Again, it all depends on the project and team you end up with. My work used to be so hectic; they made me work almost all day with no benefits and no recognition for 2 years.
- The fast-track promotion here makes no sense. You could do training in an irrelevant subject (not related to your line of work) and be promoted if you pass the exam.
- Being a manual tester as a fresher, even after asking numerous times for an automation testing role, they kept saying they'd let me know when there's a requirement but never gave the opportunity.
