Being a fresher, if you're bringing some experience through your previous internships in some XYZ field, you'll still be sent to work in an irrelevant domain.
Be a little considerate towards a fresher. Please evaluate their previous profile and interests.
Don't just dump new joiners in random domains, or at least try to match their stream training with the work they are doing.
This seriously needs to be improved. People have lost their jobs for failing stream trainings, which were irrelevant to the job roles they perform on the client side.
