Got to do extra things other than work. Sometimes the environment can be chill. People can get the right team and have a fun journey.
Domain preference is independent of what the employee is skilled in. I am a ReactJS developer, and I had to work in SAP for an year. You can do much better if you switch an year later.
Please do not experiment with fresher employees.
