- Technologies if you get a decent team.
- Basic notebooks
- Extensive bureaucracy for salary increases and promotions, which causes many valuable people to leave.
- Low salaries
- At the IT level, while there are excellent teams in the development phase, they can end up having several support teams with old technologies.
Less bureaucracy, truly be "Truly Human" and not just give pretty speeches; many professionals should be analyzed as specific cases and not generic ones.
