I first gave an online test that had questions about reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, and two coding questions. The coding questions were about linked lists and arrays. The level was easy. Shortlisted students were called for an interview.
For the entry-level, Career Level 13, it was a generic interview with no technical questions and mainly focused on communication skills. Questions asked to me: 1. Introduce Yourself. 2. One topic to speak on - Love Marriage vs Arrange Marriage.
1st Round - Cognitive and Technical assessment followed by the Coding assessment. 2nd Round - Communication assessment. Final Round - Online Interview. After the final round, we will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI). Every round is an elimination
