Work-life balance: Learning is there.
Developer work is not there.
I first gave an online test that had questions about reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, and two coding questions. The coding questions were about linked lists and arrays. The level was easy. Shortlisted students were called for an interview.
For the entry-level, Career Level 13, it was a generic interview with no technical questions and mainly focused on communication skills. Questions asked to me: 1. Introduce Yourself. 2. One topic to speak on - Love Marriage vs Arrange Marriage.
1. Aptitude 2. Interview + technical round So, I attended off-campus. For around 1000 people, they will shortlist around 150. There will be a technical round. Another thing is location; for off-campus, it can be anywhere.
