- Nice working environment.
- Multiple portals for upskilling.
- Accenture policies for a better work environment.
- It is not a great company for freshers as it doesn't align resources as per their individual interests; instead, it allocates them based on business demand.
- Internal assessments are not properly scored or handled.
- Leave policies are different for each location, which results in improper leave allocations.
Look into individuals' aspirations and interests, aligning them to aspired streams or projects.

Great interview; it went well. The recruiter did a wonderful job. It was challenging, but in a good way. I would do this interview again for sure. I think that there were about 10-15 questions total that I had to answer.
