Decent work, but weak management
Accenture provides lots of perks while joining as a fresher and as we progress in the company. The company has many exciting new technologies to work with and does employ a lot of skilled people, which helps in intellectual growth.
Man management was really weak, as very few people were working on projects with a lot of work. Managers were not really helpful in sorting things when needed. As a fresher, there was a lot of pressure right from the start to deliver with very less help, which was immensely stressful.
Management should really work on assigning adequate, skilled individuals to the required projects.
