Work-Life Balance
I have been working with Accenture for the last two years. The project in which I am allotted made me realize the importance of development. After joining the project, I am able to understand the core of Salesforce, as well as the use of other tools like Gitlab, Sketch, Bamboo, and Scrum ceremonies. I am very happy to be a part of a team where I am able to deliver the work and also able to balance work and family time. Accenture is the best company to work with as a fresher.
Too many assignments are given at the time of training, where I am not able to focus much on learning, but my major time goes into completing the assignments.
No advice, but yes, more skilled trainers are required.
