Variable pay is the biggest joke in Accenture. You may never receive it at 100% unless it is less than 50k, or your total pay is quite low and VP is part of it. Especially if you are experienced with more than 10 years, don't expect you will get 100% of your VP. Rather, you should negotiate to reduce your VP part.
