You need to be up your game the entire time to survive. Very high expectations, especially from clients. Sometimes you can get stuck on a project with little chance to be rolled off.
Management so far has been very good, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The interview process was smooth. There was one round of technical interview, followed by an HR round, which went smoothly. However, I was contacted back after a month, which is quite late for any feedback. Fortunately, I got the offer and I joined.
