Pros

At this point, I can't think of any.

Cons
  1. Work-life balance sucks. My leads expect me to work from the office, go home, and log in again. If it's a WFH scenario, then work like donkeys for 12 hours but mention only 9 hours in your timesheet.

  2. Being in a support team means you need to beg (I mean literally beg) for your holidays, be it public or personal leaves.

  3. Accenture provides a transportation facility, but the process to get one is so lengthy and no proper guidance is given. My leads gave me managerial access and told me to get it for yourself, me, and the entire team. I mean, duhh, you pay for an associate position and ask me to do managerial work for you (this is just one example, I got plenty).

  4. Hikes and promotions are so slow. They do some increment in your salary, but that's almost negligible. Given the amount of work we do here and our capabilities, the only thing we get is "Oh, that was good work there," but nothing in terms of hikes or promotion, as you have to pass the "set levels" and cannot skip any even if you deserve. I bet this is the condition in all MNCs in India, which actually makes corporate life suckkk.
