If you got WFH, then there are no fixed work hours. Your manager will call you out of work hours for some reason every alternate day, and then you have to work extra time.
Not recommended for freshers.
Freshers need guidance. There are a lot of things which are completely new for freshers when they come into the corporate world, but very common for people working in the corporate sector.
