Ascensos por acomodo; a veces pasan meses antes de que te asignen algún proyecto. Depende de dónde caigas, podés laburar de comodín y nunca "perfeccionar" alguna tecnología. El salario no es bueno y, aunque tengas el mismo puesto, no siempre cobrás lo mismo que otra persona del mismo nivel.
