Worst management ever
Good infrastructure and diversity inclusion. Though I have heard mid-level managers saying, "Do not hire women."
- Too much power given to mid-level managers.
- Speak-up/HR complaints lead to zero if they are against management.
- Senior managers do not care even if managers are bad.
Reduce reorg and increase job security.
