One of the best services-based companies to work with. Salary is one of the best in service-based companies. There are a lot of excellent opportunities if you want to learn technology and scale up; Accenture has an excellent training system. You can work with some of the world's best clients.
As with most service-based companies, onshore salaries are not competitive. You may not be compensated well even if you perform very well; it all depends on how your supervisor represents you in the performance cycle.
