Work culture is good. Interviews are easy to crack in database roles. It adds value to your resume.
It used to be in the list of top companies for high employee satisfaction. Not sure if due to fewer projects each year, managers started targeting individuals for PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). This grew hierarchically and led to some immediate termination incidents.

God, they made everything difficult for me during my notice period. For freshers to mid-level engineers, this organization is good, but not for employees beyond the TL (Team Lead) role. The pay becomes stagnant, and everything falls apart.
