Accenture has a wide array of projects, technologies, and clients. They offer good learning platforms, great trainings, nice employee medical benefits, and good compensation.
The only problem is lack of transparency in the processes, as everything is bot managed, and there's a lack of proper mentoring on the ground. There is a huge gap in connect between the employee and management. You may land up in roles with no relevance to your skills or even in a project where expectations are not set correctly. You may feel isolated from the company's larger goals.

Interview was standard level, not too tough, not too easy. It was good, but they didn't intimate about the prelims round, which was a written exam. That was of certification level, and I have cleared it.
