Salary and hike is good, work culture is toxic
Salary and hike is good.
Work culture is pathetic, especially when you’re a North/East/West Indian and working with a team from Hyderabad/Chennai. They will make you feel pathetic, even managers and HR remain silent and are sometimes involved in this.
Work culture, specifically diversity, should be encouraged to improve.
