Advice to Management

I was a web developer when I applied here, and unfortunately, I was deployed as an application support that handles multiple applications. This role involved resolving multiple incidents, implementing service requests, monitoring emails, balancing multiple tasks at the same time, and managing cloud servers.

I thought this role would be easier than web development, but it's not. Your tasks for the week are not planned out ahead of time, as they just come in suddenly and need to be done immediately or depending on SLA.

I wasn't fully informed about the job description. Please be very detailed on the job descriptions you're providing to the resources.

Please provide class-based English training per team.
