There are many employees, and for that reason, you can go unnoticed. To level up in your career at Accenture, you need to be seen by the key people. It doesn't matter much if you do very well or are excellent in your assigned project; if you don't do anything to make yourself known in the office environment, you practically won't be selected for promotions.
