- Too much fancy marketing; not enough solid understanding of new technologies and solutions. Teams talk about and understand new-age solutions on a very high level, which is not helpful to clients and frequently causes customers to lose trust in Accenture's capability.

Two technical rounds in basic Java and SQL questions on collections, basic questions. The last round was a human resources round, where they asked about previous project work and contributions made, and views on inclusivity.
