- Too many societal and diversity factors are used during appraisals. You could get sidelined for promotion because an internal diversity hiring agenda will take priority over the quality of output.
- Too much fancy marketing; not enough solid understanding of new technologies and solutions. Teams talk about and understand new-age solutions on a very high level, which is not helpful to clients and frequently causes customers to lose trust in Accenture's capability.
