Depending on the urgency of the requirement, the interview rounds and response from HR can vary. I had only two rounds of interviews, both telephonic and video conferencing, when I was hired in 2019.

1st round: Technical test. 2nd round: Technical interview. 3rd round: HR interview. Overall, a good experience from start to end. Update emails were shared with no delay after each round.

It was a smooth process with a first telephonic round with HR and one technical round. The technical round was of one hour, covering all configuration and customization questions. They may ask you to write a trigger.
