Pros are Accenture evaluates each employee on their skills. The more skilled you are, the more appreciation and salary increments are waiting for you.
As it is a service-based company, sometimes you get to work with clients who treat vendor-side employees like garbage. That is the biggest reason for me to not work for Accenture.
