My only concern is about office presence for returning mothers who get an exception only until the baby turns 15 months and are required to be in the office once a week.
Work from home for returning mothers.

Application Development Team Lead
4 rounds of overall interview. The last and first were more process rounds. Two core rounds happened at an average level and required a bit of DSA. DSA was not taught though.
