Pros

We can learn many things, both technical and professional.

We can understand our true potential.

Cons

Hindi-speaking managers won't allow you to show your good things to higher managers, and you will get nothing in the end.

Respect for the individual is missing in the organization, and everyone will respect based on roles.

Advice to Management

Kindly see the ground level people. How they are putting their efforts to keep the project in green mode always. Don't give appreciation and promotions only to some leads and managers, especially in the Hindi region.

Hindi region leads and managers are forming their own circle, and they are using other South Indian associates to get work done, with negative feedback.
