Cross-skilling and switching projects internally is a hustle and a pain
Work-life balance was good until WFH was offered, but now they are pushing to come to the office.
There are few projects which run on legacy technology, and some managers don't like it when we put in requests to change projects. They will give very minimal increments and post very negative feedback to higher levels, and sometimes it can be painful, like it was for me.
