They will leave you for months, ignoring you or giving random answers while delaying your onboarding. The same happened with me, where my onboarding was delayed over 8 months.
Terrible at promotions. For freshers, there's an option of TechLeap, but despite passing it, they will give various excuses and not promote you, which is disappointing.
