Pros

They leave you alone, so you can work from home or wherever you want.

They pay really well.

Cons

They don't train you to do your job, and they don't even give you orientation so you can work.

I have worked here for several months and I haven't gotten any training from my team to be able to accomplish the tasks that I am supposed to.

Accenture Flex employees don't get paid holidays off even though they advertise that they do. It's only because my specific project manager allowed me to that I get them.

They put you on a team, often times with people that you don't completely share a language with, so there is a hard language barrier.

Advice to Management

Have some sort of mentoring program for the first few months so someone can come into the team and actually fully complete the work and feel satisfied instead of just being left out to dry.

As well, make sure employees can communicate with direct co-workers instead of having a language barrier completely.
