Cons

Expects us to perform a lot of Accenture work apart from client work. I am not even a manager, but we are pushed to do things including, but not limited to, booking cabs for your fellow colleagues, organizing fun activities every two weeks, micromanaging your other colleagues, following up on weekly & monthly achievements of your colleagues, and coordinating with the travel team for creating new drop and pickup timings (people who did this were promoted!!).

Mandates us to do 500+ hours of unnecessary trainings as part of mandatory training. After client work + WFO travel, you would have 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening time with your family. You can use that for their trainings.

No compensation reviews or bonuses are held up, and they are peanuts when given.

Appraisals are a scam and do not work.

Forced and mandated to do interview work, including during client hours, where we have the usual 9 hours of work and meetings.

Severely toxic unless you ignore all the above directions.

Advice to Management

I don't expect them to improve.

Have given several internal surveys, but no change at organizational levels.
