Good work environment, except for freshers. Lots of opportunities, based on luck.
For some projects, the managers are not good and harass their resources. The salary for a fresher is too low, and they are not judged based on performance. They do not get any hikes and have to wait for 21 months before becoming eligible for appraisal. If you are a fresher, you will get a support project randomly, even if you love to code.
At least consider the performance for freshers and provide them growth based on performance.
And let them choose whether they want to go into support projects or they want to code.
