Benefits are good. Work-life balance is okay. Even though they advertise as the best, it's not. They'll work you as hard and long as they can. PTO, opportunity to work from home, opportunity to travel and learn.
Don't expect great raises or promotions. Pierre likes to advertise a lot of revenue being brought in and good jobs being done, but you don't really see that reflected with the non-executive salaries, in my opinion. They tend to promote pretty worthless people because of how much they pretend to do work, and not based on actual work, contribution, or usefulness.
Fix your promotion ratings and give people more money, at least, the ones that deserve it. The way people are given raises right now and promoted is pretty broken.
