Pros

Most of the projects use the Agile methodology.

Good opportunities for onshore, mainly for levels above SSEs and for lateral hires.

Excellent hikes in comparison to other major players in the market.

Frequent meetings with managers and TLs regarding performance and the technology you want to work on.

It's a haven for women employees.

Cons

If you didn't like your skill, there is no way you can change it, or you can easily get rolled off from your current project. You still have to suffer for at least a year, or maybe more, to migrate to your desired skill.

The skill allocation at entry-level is completely random and totally depends on your luck which stream you are going into. For some, it is good; for others, I know the pain.

Project resources allocation is completely horrible here. There are a lot of resources on the bench due to this.

Advice to Management

Please take care of the resource allocation in different cities and in different projects.
