Not a good option for freshers if they really want to learn and grow in the IT field
- Good infrastructure
- Shuttle facilities
- Multiple technologies to work on.
- Getting rolled off from any project is very difficult.
- A good team helps one to grow a lot, but unfortunately, my friends and I never got this opportunity.
- They don't care for your skill development once you have joined a project.
Please get rid of politics in the IT field. It's not at all required if you really want your teammates to grow and prosper.
